Oldtown Kopitiam

Its my 6th day here in melbourne and we discovered this new makan place at china town. Its called old town kopitiam. Sounds familiar huh? Yes it sounds like our oldtown in KL. The "cham" drink is the same and they have variety of malaysian food. Each of us tried diff dishes just to see if they are the same back home.

WK tried Bah Kut teh

The Bah Kut teh was okay but I think they put too much soya sauce in it and its abit watery. Aileen on the other hand tried their nasi lemak and it tastes alrite, enuff to satisfy till we get back to our lovely KL. Mum tried the roti bakar but if only they use the kopitiam bread without crust instead of the normal bread that it would be the same as the ones back home.

Nasi Lemak

I tried the hainanese chicken rice and it tastes alrite but could have been better. The price there is reasonable and its enuff to satisfy those who miss KL food for the moment till they go back home to KL. Go tried it and have fun. Tell me what you think of it.
